The Covid-19 virus "acts like no pathogen humanity has ever seen"

The Covid-19 virus "acts like no pathogen humanity has ever seen"

Yes, it attacks the lungs most; but it also can do severe damage to the heart, blood vessels, kidneys, gut, skin and brain.

Cardiologist Harlan Krumholz of Yale University says it "can attack almost anything in the body with devastating consequences. It's ferocity is breathtaking and humbling".

We also now know it has two pathways for infection, the ACE2 receptor (which is found in organs throughout the body) and the CD147 receptor on T-cells (found in the immune system).

The more we learn about covid-19, the more we realize what a formidable foe it is. This knowledge will eventually tell us how to contain and then beat it -- but in the near term, it should keep us wary that the virus still likely has more surprises in store for us.

Although the death rate is not as high as first thought this virus is not the flu. It's causing a lot of damage to patients who have contracted this disease. And it's adding to the pool of sick people each year with a corresponding death rate.

Now children in the UK re coming down with a severe related illness.

It appears that when the virus enters the red blood cells, it expels the iron from the hemoglobin, which is what attracts oxygen to the cells. Without iron in the hemoglobin, the red blood cells can no longer transport oxygen around the body, the patient suffers from hypoxemia, and tissue in vital organs start to die. In addition, it appears that the free iron is accumulating in lung tissue, where it causes fibroid scarring (effectively weakening the lungs' ability to transfer oxygen to the red blood cells in the first place). Even if patients recover, they will still have residual effect from the infection, and those effects will weaken them throughout their lives (which is why the data about infection in children and young adults is so important).

I have not wanted to think about this, but whereas no virus like this has ever been witnessed by mankind, it is becoming more and more apparent that this virus was manufactured to do the most damage possible. Nature has never produced as virulent a virus like this, and it seems to attack every vital part of the body, including its defenses. This virus has protein segments included in its RNA that are 100% matches to protein strands found in HIV, SARS coronavirus and others. Having just one perfect match to another virus is virtually impossible in nature, and yet this virus has multiple perfect protein matches. How did that happen? There is only one explanation.

Add to this the fact that, while the CCP closed down domestic travel from Wuhan during the height of the outbreak (even though it escaped anyway due the the New Year festival), they encouraged international travel by those same citizens who were forbidden travel within the country. This was the biggest factor in the worldwide spread of the virus. While I don't believe any of the CCP's statistics on the virus within China (they are probably two orders of magnitude too low), I am enough of a student of history to know that the CCP has no regard for the well being of their own citizens. The only thing that is important to the leaders of the CCP is that the goals of the party are realized. They are perfectly willing to sacrifice a half-billion of the own people if it means the communism and CCP authority can be spread around the world. So, is it any wonder that they are willing to sacrifice a few hundred thousand? Is it any wonder that the virus has seemed to single out the US for mass destruction? There is no way the CCP can assume the top place in the world without first weakening the US.

So, now we have evidence that the virus was likely manufactured. We also have evidence that the CCP deliberately spread the virus around the world. And yet, people still ask, "Could anybody really be that evil?" The answer is yes, and it is high time that the world wakes up to this fact.
